1. Add to Cart

All items you add to your shopping cart will be included in your order to be sent together in one package. If you prefer to have items sent separately, please order them separately.

2. Proceed to Checkout

Create Your customer account if you are a new customer. A verification email will be sent to your email address after you enter your information. Proceed to select order options after your email address is verified. If you are a returning customer, sign into your customer account to proceed Payment.

3. Payment

All debit/credit card payments are processed and finalised at the moment of ordering. Our store supports Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added protection. The credit card companies and the issuer of your credit card provide the services to ensure that only you, the authorized cardholder, is able to place your order by performing authentication. You will be connected to the secure server of the issuer of your credit card where your password/SecureCode is required. Your identity is verified in this process to ensure that you, the authorized cardholder, are placing your order. Authorization process immediately follows, and order will be finalized once we receive authorization. The process takes 5-60 seconds. Please make sure to wait until it is completed.

4. Customs Duties and Import VAT

Our store prices do not include any Customs Duties and Import VAT that may be collected by the customs officials when the package arrives in your country. If that happens, you are responsible for completing the payment.

5. Currency of Payments

All payments made by Credit Cards are processed in Russian Roubles. They will convert the amount into your local currency on the actual exchange rate when they bill you for the payment.
